We are talking about Rajeev Pillai, who has bagged the meaty role on this yet untitled movie, way to his buddy Amala Paul.
"Rajeev Pillai and Amala are friends since their modellling days and it was the Mynaa actress who recommended Rajeev's name to director Vijay when he was in search of a right person to do the role," sources said.
The Vijay-Vijay film was formally launched recently. It'll have music by G V Prakash Kumar and cinematography by Nirav Shah, the 2 inevitable members of director Vijay's team.
