The music maestro Ilayaraja celebrates his birthday today (June 2). Ilayaraja who has composed for greater than 950 films till today is currently engaged on two projects, 'Sengathu Bhoomiyilae' and trilingual 'Neethanae En Ponvasantham' - a Tamil, Telugu, Hindi trilingual. Ilayaraja has a successful hit record from greater than 30 years now! He was credited for his songs and background score that experience solely determined several films' success. The four time National Award and Padma Bhushan winner is spending quality time together with his family today. Buzz is that his sons, Yuvan Shankar Raja and Karthik Raja, daughter Bavatharani are planning a different gift for his or her father so that it will excite his fans besides.
