That Prabhu Deva's performance in the course of the inaugural ceremony of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in Chennai earlier this week was an enormous hit, is understood to all of the. interesting thing is that it coincided together with his birthday.
To celebrate both the occasions, the choreographer-actor-filmmaker hosted a celebration to his close friends within the industry. "It was a well-organized bash attended by crme de la crme of Tamil film world," sources say.
Vijay, Suriya, 'Jayam' Ravi, Vishal, Shankar, Khushboo along with her husband Sundar C, Trisha and others attended the party, it's learnt. Apparently confirming this, Khushboo wrote on her microblogging page that she and her husband had a fantastic time on the party.
On the pro front, Prabhu Deva is currently wielding the megaphone for Akshay Kumar starrer Bollywood flick 'Rowdy Rathore', that's a remake of Tamil hit 'Siruthai'. Also, he's set to play the lead role in a multilingual titled 'ABCD' ('Anybody Can Dance').
