STR's dance musical 'Podaa Podi' is currently being canned in Hong Kong. His 365 days old nephew, Samarth Suraj, could be seen as his son on this film!
'Podaa Podi', that is the primary Tamil film to be shot in Hong Kong's Disneyland, is being helmed by new comer Vignesh Shiva who have been canning this project from 2008. The film has Simbu and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar within the lead roles. Vignesh had earlier announced that the duo can be seen in three stages of life on this dance musical.
The album has seven tracks composed by Dharan. A BRIEF teaser 'Love Panlama Venama...' is already popular a few of the young. The audio is anticipated shortly.
STR currently has 'Podaa Podi', 'Vettai Mannan', 'Vada Chennai' and diverse other promising projects within the pipeline.
