Actor-filmmaker Thangar Bachan, who's busy directing his comeback venture 'Ammavin Kaipesi', has floated a company called Thamizh Koodu.
"The objective of Thamizh Koodu is to create political awareness some of the youngsters of Tamil Nadu. Students are my prime target. Greater than seven lakh members have enrolled themselves so far," says Thangar.
He adds: "A MINIMUM OF one person from every family should enter politics. They need to create a transformation within the political system. People shouldn't keep quiet after exercising their voting power."
On 'Ammavin Kaipesi', which has Shanthanu Bhagyarj and Iniya in lead roles, the 'Azhagi' and 'Pallikoodam' maker says, "IT'S GOING TO discuss the practice of leaving parents in old age homes and other such things."
