After the successful run of Vettai, director Lingusamy had his thought to fly over to Bollywood for its remake. Within the event, it was known that Lingusamy found worth to rope within the prime native heroes in preference to his aides. Hence both Maddy and Arya were left within the lurch to proceed with their routine. However, Lingusamy recommended Arya for one more project from his Thiruppathi Brothers to be directed by Saravaanan of Engeyum Eppothum. There was a buzz that Arya deserted this project on the initial stage itself adding that the hero felt disappointed with Lingusamy on Bollywood migration. However Arya came out along with his explanation that there's no truth in such news but said there are such a large amount of other reasons including the role and the dates that made his change of mind. Arya said he's always grateful to Lingusamy for his gesture of offering the role in Vettai.
Hence there might be no use to develop any complacency to rise against the director, said Arya. Further he said his current concentration is on Selvaraghavan’s Irandam Ulagam and no final word may well be given about his part in a film with Ajith directed by Vishnuvardan.
