Grammy Award-winning DJ David Guetta wants his India tour to be special, and he's doing each piece to maintain his promise. The music producer gets a grand 'festival set' comparable to those he uses for his international gigs to entertain his Indian fans.
Guetta, who has chart-topping hits like "When love takes over", "Gettin over you" and "Sexy bitch" to his credit, will perform in New Delhi (March 9), Pune (March 10) and Bangalore (March 11) as a part of the second one edition of the Eristoff Invasion tour.
Weeks before his performance, a dexterous team of production designers is putting together the most important LED set-up for his festival set.
The LED screen, with a width of 49 ft and a height of 23 ft, is claimed to be the largest that the rustic has seen at a live concert.
It will form the backdrop of the stage design. That is one of the crucial bigger elements that's a part of Guetta's euphoric festival set, the similar that has travelled with him to a couple of essentially the most reputed international festivals equivalent to Tomorrow Land (2010) and Ultra Music Festival (2011).
Apart from the LED backdrop, Guetta's festival set may have an LED console and over 200 Intelligent lights as a part of the stage decor.
"There isn't a single element that's a part of David Guetta's festival set internationally that we cannot be providing within the Indian experience," Dhruv Jagasia, festival director of organisers Only Much Louder, said in a press statement.
Earlier, Guetta said he's upbeat about travelling to India and performing here.
"I'm excited to finally get to play in India. I DO KNOW my music have been heard and supported for lots of years, but earlier it has been impossible to get there. This may increasingly be an excessively special tour, I'm sure," Guetta had said.
The Eristoff Invasion 2012 is powered by UTV Bindass, and produced by Only Much Louder and UKNY Music.
