Hansika is on a high, what with the promising projects she's bagging in Tamil - Telugu cinema! The newest buzz is that 'Vettai' may be remade in Telugu and Hansika Motwani is among the two female leads on this action packed entertainer. It was earlier widely reported that the film could be remade in Hindi by Lingusamy with Shahid Kapoor playing the lead but things didn't go as planned and now the makers are reportedly planning to take it to Telugu masses. It's said that Naga Chaitanya will play probably the most brothers and Hansika might be seen as probably the most female leads. 'Vettai' released in Tamil with Madhavan, Arya, Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul within the lead roles. First class film producer Bellamkonda Suresh is touted to have bought the Telugu rights of the film. Hansika has lost a couple of pounds to suit the role well in 'Singam 2' where she's going to be seen with Suriya and Anushka Shetty. It's said that she's going to be seen as a faculty student on this film.
