IndiaGlitz earlier reported that Vikram's 'Thaandavam' will throw light on echolocation and the actor is playing a visually challenged man within the movie directed by A L Vijay.
And now, Vikram himself has confirmed it. "I underwent special training from Daniel Kish, an internationally renowned expert of human echolocation. I consider myself proud to get trained under him," he says.
Human echolocation is a wierd phenomenon in few blind people, by which they are able to detect objects by sensing the echoes.
Playing a visually challenged man is nothing new for Vikram, who had played one already in 'Kasi'. "But this one is completely different from Kasi. The genres of Kasi and Thaandavam are entirely different," he says.
