Suriya is again going to play the daredevil cop Dorai Singam in Singam 2, Hari directed sequel to his popular Singam(2010).
It goes to be Suriya’s first sequel and the fourth time he's pairing up with director Hari.The shoot of Singam 2 will start in June once Suriya completes his KV Anand starrer Matraan.
There are two heroines in Singam 2, Anushka and Hansika in conjunction with Vivekh, Vijayakumar, Radha Ravi, Nassar who were a part of the original.In addition Rahman will play a very powerful role within the film in conjunction with a couple of others. It may have music by Devi Sri Prasad and camera by Priyan. The film may be shot in Chennai, Hyderabad,Thuthukudi, Tirunelveli, Karaikudi and songs and fight scenes in Kenya and South Africa.
Singam 2 goes to be a bigger action packed police story with the correct quantity of emotions. It will likely be produced by Laxman C for Prince Pictures.
