Samantha back to work

Samantha, who was forced to take a break from work because of skin ailment, is gearing as much as stand in front of the camera. Starting Friday, she's going to shoot for her upcoming Telugu film in Hyderabad.

Starring Naga Chaitanya within the lead, the film titled 'Autonagar Surya' is being made by Dev Katta. The 'Bana Kathadi' and 'Naan Ee' actress has a meaty role to play in it, we learn.

"Samantha is alright now and doctors have allowed her to participate within the shoots. Without wasting time, she has decided to start out work immediately," say sources within the know.

In Kollywood, the actress is eagerly awaiting the discharge of Gautham Vasudev Menon's 'Neethane En Ponvasantham'. The film which has Samantha because the heroine in its Telugu and Hindi versions too, has music by Ilayaraja.

The music album of Vikram's next 'Thaandavam', as a way to hit the stores soon, will include a unique English track. Music composer G V Prakash Kumar confirmed this on his microblogging page, stating: "THERE'S A special english trk in thandavam called " will u b there " sung by alyssa and maria."

It is alleged Prakash has tried something different for 'Thaandavam', because the film's subject itself isn't the same as the regular action flicks of Tamil cinema.

Starring Vikram, Jagapathi Babu, Anushka, Amy Jackson and Lakshmi Rai in lead roles, 'Thaandavam' is directed by Vijay. Within the past, G V Prakash and Vijay worked together in 'Kireedam', 'Poi Solla Porom', 'Madarasapattinam' and 'Deiva Thirumagal'.

Prabhu Deva talks about Virat Kohli ad

Prabhu Deva, who's basking at the success of his Bollywood directorial venture 'Rowdy Rathore', has ventured into ad films. His first commercial features popular Indian cricketer Virat Kohli.

The choreographer-actor-filmmaker, who's done with the ad film, says, "IT WILL LIKELY BE unlike normal commercials. Now we have narrated an action filled story in a brief time."

"I've never shot an ad before. And hence it was an exciting experience. Directing a celeb like Virat, who's not from cinema, was different," Prabhu Deva adds.

Prabhu Deva shot the economic at Bangkok. Back home in India, he's prepared to start out his new Hindi directorial venture, on the way to be a remake of 'Unakkum Enakkum'. It's going to have Shruthi Haasan within the female lead.

Veteran romance star Rajesh Khanna not more

While he debuted in cine world with 'Aakhri Khat', Rajesh Khanna's filmography shines with successful movies like 'Aradhana', 'Amar Prem', 'Anand', 'Prem Kahani', 'Kati Patang' and 'Do Raaste' among others.
