Two audio & video songs for Saguni on May 25!

Breaking the 'single' trend within the Tamil film industry, team 'Saguni' will unveil two audio songs on their lead, Karthi's birthday, May 25. The videos of the song can also be released at the same day.

It was earlier reported that the film will seen a single launch on May 25 to be able to be followed by the audio launch on May 31 however the makers have decided to provide a dual treat to Karthi's fans on his birthday. Music is by GV Prakash and the album has five songs.

The film is slated for a release on June third week, but an official announcement in this front can be made just once the movie censored.

'Saguni', a commercial political drama, is helmed by newbie Shankar Dayal. The movie stars Karthi and Pranitha within the lead roles. 'Saguni' brings back the hit combo of Karthi and Santhanam on screen and has several celebrities in special appearances.

6th Annual Vijay Awards on June 16!

The much celebrated Vijay Awards is back again! Vikram woos Amy within the Thames

Chiyaan Vikram's 'Thaandavam' is taking shape in fast pace in foreign locales. A song featuring Vikram and Amy Jackson was canned within the scenic Thames river recently. It is a romantic number between the duo composed by GV Prakash.

Prior to the shoot Amy wrote on her microblogging page, "Vikram & I are shooting the song sequences today. GV Prakash has done an excellent duper job again! Takes after his uncle".

'Thaandavam' is being shot within the UK from greater than a month and still has a couple of schedules to be wrapped in there. It's said that some high voltage action scenes, song sequences and dialogue portions are being shot there featuring the lead actors.

Produced by UTV Films 'Thaandavam' by AL Vijay stars Vikram, Anushka Shetty, Amy Jackson and Jagapathi Babu within the lead roles. It's said that Vikram could be seen in two contrast roles within the film and as a blind person within the scenes with Amy.

Ramya gives importance to character

After an outstanding performance in 'Kullanari Koottam', Ramya Nambeesan was not seen in any Tamil film. She is back now, with a movie titled 'Pizza'. And the actress is banking heavily on it.

The mystery-thriller, directed by debutant Karthik, may have her romancing actor Vijay Sethupathy of 'Thenmerku Paruvakaatru' fame. "For me, quality of movies is often important than quantity," she says.

"On that front, I'M content with Pizza. Because I always give importance to the nature I'M playing and i've been offered with a meaty role on this film. The movie is taking shape very well."

Ramya says she isn't bothered concerning the acclaim for the actor with whom she is sharing the screen space. "THIS CAN BE A myth that actresses will come to top provided that they work with top stars. Their performance makes the entire difference."

I WILL BE ABLE TO do Spanish film: Prabhu Deva

Prabhu Deva has said he could even direct a Spanish film if he was supplied with an even team. "A ROBUST team is very important than the rest. So long as it's fine, we will be able to even make a Spanish movie," he says.

The choreographer-actor, who's now busy as a director, may have the discharge of his Hindi film 'Rowdy Rathore' soon. A remake of 'Siruthai', it has Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha because the lead pair.

"Rowdy Rathore is a full-length commercial movie, but with a difference. The Hindi version comes with some value additions," Prabhu Deva says, adding: "Both Akshay and Sonakshi are great performers."

Prabhu's last venture in Bollywood is 'Wanted', a Salman Khan starrer, that is an action film. The director says he now desires to try his hands at horror genre. "I'D like to do a mystery movie," he adds.
